I was provided with lots of information on how to pay and what discounts I benefit from by paying upfront. They also check competitor prices in the area and bettered them which made me feel like a valued customer. Very friendly service.

I had a short deadline set by my mother's residential home in Tunbridge Wells to remove a bed. I found someone to collect it. I needed storage space for a short period. Amy in BY Tunbridge Wells explained the process succinctly and estimated the right amount of space needed. Karl and Karolina in BY Reading (Rose Kiln Lane) did a great job liaising with BY TW when I registered with the Reading branch to pay. Hannah in BY TW explained what I needed to do when I reported that I had found a home for the bed! The whole experience had been very favourable. Amy, Hannah, Karl and Karolina were all bright and helpful - ideal front of house representatives for BY.

I found the whole process to be simple and stress-free. Nick walked me through everything and made sure I understood what steps I needed to take at each point along the way.

I first investigated online and this was followed up by an extremely helpful, no-pushy phone call which made me quickly realise that, despite Big Yellow being further away, the efficiency and in-store convenience combined with the reassurance of Nick, the manager, choosing Big Yellow was the best choice. Compared with a short email response from a competitor in St Leonard’s, with spelling mistakes and no detail, it seemed there was no point in compromising. Nick was very welcoming, very efficient and helpful and quickly explained everything we needed to know before letting us get in with it.

I had a follow up call after an enquiry from the manager Nick at TW branch and he gave me a great deal and made it very straight forward.

All handled very well by the team and made clear. Especially grateful for the opportunity to view some different available units before confirming.

Having stored my house contents last year I was looked after very well by the whole team although I dealt mostly with Nick and Hannah. Both of these staff members are very helpful and very professional and a credit to your business. I now find that I need to store further items therefore my first choice had to be Yellow Storage ... Once again Nick was very helpful and helped me to find a suitable unit at very short notice I would have no problem at all in recommending Yellow Storage to friends , family , neighbours etc ...
