Found Big Yellow team very proactive, flexible, helpful and professional. They work with a very good local removal company as well, called Reliable Moves (owner is Graeme Samson) who is also very good. So it really is a one stop shop for any moves/storage/removal space, help you might need.
We have a storage in Twickenham and the team there is great, always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
