Excellent service and very professional

Jake Ransom was perfectly pleasant, organised, clear and concise. He helpfully explained options and showed me different size units. He was at no point pushy or salesy and he helped with the instore discount. A no nonsense experience!

Clear communication, helpful staff, things get done quickly.

Everyone was really helpful from the beginning- we haven’t used storage before and Jack kindly showed us a couple of units, so we could decide which size suited us best.

Everything went through smoothlyg on the day we checked in. Especially when we a bit late(4:02pm) arrived the store, it should closed at 4pm.the staff really kind to let us in us

Ease of booking and access

Excellent service - went above and beyond to accommodate our storage needs. Pricilla and Jake were excellent and swiftly checked us in and allowed us to access the unit even though we were running late. 10/10 recommended.
