Very easy check in

moving house/storage needs are usually at a time of high stress, at least for me, and the people on each of the big yellow front desks have always been exceptionally calm and patient I have found.

There was only one big trolley available when I came to drop off , was a bit concerned as I was held up getting there and only had until eleven to finish, fortunately we managed but had to make extra trips with small trolleys. Maybe making more larger trolleys available would help in the future

There is a lack of flexibility for moving into storage unit as your facilities are only open during office hours where a majority of people are working. Requesting extended hours access was not an option as a new customer. Staff weren’t very accommodating to my needs as a customer.

Getting everything sorted, smooth and easy. Explained everything well and I like that I was able to book everything online as I’m not a talking on the phone kinda gal.

The woman who checked me all in was so helpful and efficient
