We have used this Yellow Storage for a number of years. The staff here make the whole process of managing storage units - a relatively straight forward and stress free experience. We came here recently to move our existing storage to a smaller one. Barbara, on the reception desk, greeted us with a lovely smile. She was friendly and engaging and managed the paperwork for our storage move with ease. In fact after we had shifted our stuff into the new storage we had a coffee and long chat with Barbara. It was nice to have that personal touch and it is that excellent customer service that ensures that this location stands out.
