Initial enquiry was through the website. I was then contacted by a member of Big Yellow who explained the process further. I followed this up with a visit to the Big Yellow site. I was very satisfied with how it all went.

Everything was explained very well and didn't take long. I am impressed with all the Covid19 protection in place and felt safe.

Very welcoming atmosphere, we understood the whole process and the explanation of how to access our storage was excellent. The signing all the various forms was very cumbersome and could surely be simpler.
