Very helpful booking team

Staff were fantastic, what I found stressful was the fact the initial quotes were very misleading. Only when comming to the booking part do you find out about the insurance, padlock, and the fact u also get charged 2 months in advance plus one weeks rental as a deposit. More transparency is required, the price u quote is the price u should pay.

sign in is a pain in the *****. You need new tablets and a better system i.e. docusign where you can sign documents online before arrival.. The tablets to sign on just dont work properly and you have to sign in too many places

I got an instant quote over the phone and it was easy to complete the online registration.

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of useful information I was given to help make things go smoothly, including the sizes of rooms and the ability to see and if need be upgrade or down depending on my needs.

It was very easy to book. There was a follow-up call to ensure I complete the online booking, which was very helpful and quick and easy to complete. In store, Dulith was fantastic with the booking process and made it really easy to move-in. Thank you!

General experience has been very good. Only slight issue was lack of trolleys when arriving however one of your staff sorted this out pretty quickly. Also I'd like to say thanks for recommending Rapid Removals to me. They were brilliant (10/10) and I would definitely recommend people to use them in future.
