It was very easy to register - get a quote and progress to the next stage. I got a call with clear instructions and every step of the way I have been dealt with patiently and professionally. My removal team were late... this resulted in you team very kindly offering me out of hours access for free. I had bought a padlock which no one knew the combination to which held everything up a bit but other than that - fabulous! However -

Fantastic customer service from the word go. Kurt was welcoming efficient, patient, well informed, and reassuring throughout my initial query. Nothing was too much trouble.

Enquiry was followed up almost immediately, booking process was long but instructions were clear, moving in process was thorough, and staff at the site were friendly and very helpful.

Alina was great help with the initial enquiry and check-in, Priscilla was very efficient changing the storage room as I needed a larger space.
