The process was great from enquiry to move in. It was handled with the correct balance between professionalism and friendliness. There were additional processes due to Covid 19 but these were handled well and reassured me that my safety and that of Big Yellow's members of staff were important to Big Yellow. Priscilla, Alina and Dulith, who I dealt with during the process, are a credit to Big Yellow. I am a very happy customer!

Excellent communication from all your team. They helped us with a local removal service which were also excellent and helped us move our daughters belongings from UNI into storage as we were unable to travel to the UK from Jersey.

I am disappointed with the price when I asked to get a bigger sq.ft. than the one I reserved at the beginning. I felt like I have been catched and obliged to pay higher price. However, I am very satisfied with the Rapid Removals company recommended by the Big Yellow.
