Very polite, helpful and friendly staff all very straight forward

My initial enquiry was handled very well. On arrival I met Priscilla and she was fabulous! Very helpful but talks very loudly !! Staff need to be mindful of dealing with customers personal details in a public area. Overall the process was made easier by my online checking in process.

I was interacting with a young lady by the name of Prescilla at the Twickenham branch. She was extremely enthusiastic and very helpful making the introduction very easier. Even when I had to change units it wasn't a problem. A fantastic employee!

Ali at the Twickenham location explained everything very clearly and helped us make the correct decisions in terms of storage size needed and packing material.

I started with a phone enquiry, and as a previous customer this was made easier so lots was done on the phone. The paperwork was there when I got there and Daniel showed me the room then found a better one as the one selected had a bend in it so would have been a bit awkward to move things in to. Super friendly and a quick process.
