Lauren helped me and she was terrific

My initial contact by telephone was friendly and efficient. Sheila was very professional and quick to get back to us with a quote. She also made it easy for us to be able to contact her if we needed further help. At Twickenham Depot, our check in was handled by Kurt who was equally friendly and efficient. He was able to answer all our questions, helped us to make our move stress free and smooth. He was patient and even tempered despite the fact that we had a lot of questions and needed reminding about some of the information!!! Thank you both for making a stressful situation (moving out of our house temporarily) relatively stress and trouble free.

Our storage move was easy and fast.

the person on the phone was helpful and I particularly liked that she was keen to offer a competitive quote for the unit.

It was great however the paperwork signing process takes too long

Everything has been amazing the staff have been very helpful and friendly cant ask for any more.

Dulith was extremely thoughtful, patient and content, absolutely satisfied with his work.

Handled very proficiently by Dulith, answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the premises.
