Very efficient & quick. Online completion of forms was easy. Registration & orientation were done in a timely fashion.

Friendly and helpful staff, good variety of options to choose. I got a home storage room and multi pack with boxes and packing materials.

Very welcoming, friendly, helpful staff members. All very polite and willing to help/answer all our questions. Nikki in particular was absolutely great and made things really easy.

This is the second time that I have needed a store and I was welcomed back by name and as a friend as I walked through the doors.

The young man in the office maintained a professional and helpful attitude in the face of some horrendous and rude customers (not me!). Really appreciated the fact that he gave me attention even though there was a number of very impatient and quite nasty customers waiting.

Storage space Value for money

There were complications in regards to check-in time and Big Yellow colleagues at both the Twickenham and Kennington locations were very accommodating.

Friendly efficient service from Ali. Was shown units to meet our needs. Good price against competitors.

The premises are secure, clean and well-maintained. Every member of staff that we've spoken to has been helpful, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
