Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to storage facility with parking. Safe and secure facilities with access until 11pm.

Ali and Blossom were extremely friendly, professional and patient, and helpful. The premises are super clean except for the toilets. Ample trolleys. Good car parking. Looked after our removals with tea. Good location and access in Twickenham. Great concept with the codes for access. Support line staff were excellent too. Everything thoroughly explained. Great value for money with the discount we were given. Storage space ample. Found the music unnecessary in the storage areas - in fact a little imposing when trying to sort things through.
