Was very impressed by customer service received- Simran at reception was very welcoming and helpful

I was dealt with very efficiently by all staff. When I was checked in yesterday by Nikki she was really helpful and explained every thing really well making it all go exceptionally smoothly. The storage facilities are excellent and the signs are really clear. I also chose this Big Yellow also because they do not do hospitality for the RFU!

Great personal customer service. Clear instructions. First from staff member Blossom on initial visit, then when booking with another female member of staff (didn't note name), and then from Priscilla on arrival day.

Priscilla, Ali and Nikki were extremely helpful explaining the facilities and options available. They even gave me a cup of tea and a cake!

Mainly your staff, your prices are competitive but not a deciding factor. Throughout the whole process your twickenham team were great. I bought packing materials for my move and then rented a storage space, a lovely process.
