Highly efficient from start to finish with email reminders at just the right time, perfect manners from Ali at the reception desk with concise information and advice and highly professional administrative process. Spotless premises in the office area but more impressive still this was matched in the storage corridors and rooms! We were very impressed indeed.

I purchased the 50ft sq storage bay. Very helpful staff who explained everything clearly. I didn't give higher because the fee/price structure is quite complicated. With separate weekly fee, deposit and insurance.
