When I called up Twickenham branch I spoke to a lady called Blossom. She was very friendly and informative and helped me through online check in very easily and patiently. When I arrived I was greeted by an Gentleman called Ben who also was very helpful, courteous and very willing to help with anything. They create an atmosphere of trust and made everything so simple. The actual way it's all designed too with the lift and trolley access only adds to how easy using Big Yellow is. Very rare to see such quality customer service as I saw in Ben and Blossom (they treated other customers the same way it seemed every time I have been down to put things away too I noticed) It's perfect as its what any customer dreams of; simplicity, friendliness and help when needed. I will tell anyone I meet who is looking for storage to go to Big yellow due to the staff that dealt with me. Regards Sarab Xavier

Was given truthful information concerning Value for money. The staff from day one were very nice and helpful.

Super staff and efficient process. The staff could not have done more to facilitate. Special mention to both Ben and Joseph at Twickenham who were fabulous.

Friendly customer service and very good facilities to store personal belongings. Price is very reasonable also. I would recommend it to a friend or colleague.

Having checked in on-line I was surprised that so much time and additional paperwork was required to complete check in.

Overall, the staff were helpful, although my invoice had to be amended after I had paid. There was no breakdown of the revised figure, but I was able to work out the extra payment levied. I am happy with the discounted rate I am paying.

Set up and facilities are great. Unfortunately you are understaffed on Sundays. Joseph was excellent, unflappable and did everything he could to get everyone seen a.s.a.p but I had to wait a long time to get checked in. Not acceptable - you need more bodies in that office.
