My service (from a chap called Barry) was impeccable. Within minutes of booking the space on the web I was called to see if there was anything I could do. When I turned up I was very impressed at the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, as well as suggesting changes to my booking that might help me (and were part of special offers available at that time). It's clean, bright, easy to move anything heavy (due to the trolleys etc). I also liked the website features helping judge the correct space size for my storage space. Definitely took a great deal of hassle out of moving.

From initial contact, the staff at the local store were very helpful and provide clear guidance and driection. they covered all I needed to know about the storage including good advice on security and details such as the fire alamr details. I still have items in storage and that help and advice si always there when I ask.

Was happy with location and booking, but check in process was a massive let down. Took nearly an hour to check in which was half due to staff incompetence and half due to the length of procedures required on the day, most of which could have been done in advance. I'd done the whole check in online and inventory, but the extra bits required on the day just took way too long. Moving is stressful enough without wasting an hour doing nothing sitting in the big yellow reception.

I am pleased with the service they provide in Yellow Storage. The staff is always ready to help and I am very satisfied with the room.

I have been very impressed by the friendly, helpful service, the ease with which one can transport items from the car/van to the storage units and the clean, cheerful decor (good lighting, music etc). Big Yellow (Twickenham) is in a convenient location and my overall experience has been fantastic. Highly recommended!

The Yellow box storage facility in Twickers is a dream come true. Convenient and safe and ploite staff abound. Im so happy to pop there and get things as required and know that they are well looked after. Many thanks, Katherine

the storage was fantastic as it helped me clear a room at my house and turn it into an office space - much needed at the time!

I needed to store large furniture from my late parents' house, and the team at Twickenham couldn't have been more helpful. I looked at several units as I was concerned about getting long pieces of furniture around bends, in the lift and through doors. I was offered very good advice throughout and finally settled on the right sized unit. They also gave me a selection of companies to help with removals - we used one who were also excellent.

Very convenient and served the pupose exactly. Would definitely recommend on.

Alan and Joanna were extremely helpful with my move-in, and Joanna and Humma were absolutely incredible arranging out of hours access when my second trip in was delayed by an accident on the M3. I could not be happier with the customer service - the location is excellent, and the staff is extremely responsible about calling in advance of rugby events to warn of road closures. The price is great value for the location.
