It's been quite a while since I've come across such helpful, friendly & proactive service in the UK. It may only be storage but when the staff are so friendly and the store and room were so clean it made it a pleasure to use. I almost wish I have an excuse to use the facilities again. I would not hesitate in recommending Twickenham store to anyone.

On all occasions when I have contacted or visited the store the staff were professional and polite dealing with me quickly and professionally. the store is superbly located from my needs, and is really clean, well lit, safe and I know that my possesions are in the best possible hands whilst stored there.

On a very chaotic moving day, we were particularly grateful that the staff were extremely helpful, especially considering that we had arrived a little late.

The facility at Twickenham has fabulously friendly and helpful staff. It is clean, well maintained and appears secure. It is, however, immediately next door to Twickenham Rugby Stadium so check what's on before you travel.
