Very helpful service at the front desk. Care was taken to ensure that I had understood all of the agreements and policies. Shakti was extremely friendly and a delight to converse with.

Extremely helpful when I was struggling to complete the inventory. Also, the process was well explained. Video is a very good idea. Very friendly when I was completing the paperwork.

Met with Gary and he showed us the facilities. Nice new modern storage. Chose Big Yellow over several others in the areas due to good security, ease of access & parking. All the companies have a similar costs - so picked Big Yellow based on the customer service and professionalism.
