Great service so far — Sylwia is incredibly knowledgable, thorough, and helpful. Loading bay was easy. Lift facilities available too. Clear guidelines, security measures, and service. Definitely will be using the service again!

Brilliant experience today at The Big Yellow with Tess and Sylwia! They made the whole moving situation very much less stressful and were so friendly and kind throughout and even offered me a hot drink. They are both a great example of how customer service should be - which many businesses often fall short of in London and around Wandsworth!
