Sylwia was so helpful when I first came into Big Yellow.. I explained I was in another storage unit and the price going WAY up.. I have a bad back and cant do too much lifting. She was able to find me a unit on the ground floor, suitable for my needs. She gave me a breakdown of all the prices, showed me the floor plans for room spaces.. She answered all my quirky questions and was very very patient with me. I felt properly looked after. I would definitely recommend using Wandsworth Big Yellow.
