staff very helpful and supportive

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Very kind and supportive, much more than other places. Also I like the radio music you play, makes the place more inviting.

I came in about a month ago and Tehzeen was very friendly and helpful. She made sure the process was smooth and quick.

Outstanding customer service. Everything completely organised to a professional level. Elly was very patient helping me with the check in explaining everything to my satisfaction, answering every question fully. She showed me a couple of storage units and I was able to choose the unit that was most convenient to me and suited my needs. Her advice was invaluable. An outstanding communicator with the patience of a saint!

As there was only one staff member on site when I checked in there was a long wait. The staff member was very good but over worked.

Explained how it worked. Offered flexibility in storage on the day so no problem to change

Very easy process to use the service. Good explanation given at reception when I went to check in. Very helpful staff

Sylwia was really helpful - she gave me a tour of the storage unit a week in advance and then supported me on the day - which was great as I’ve not done this before.
