Lisa and her colleague (I can't remember her name!) were extremely friendly and helpful when setting up and accessing my storage the first few days. Best customer service I've received (and I've used various Big Yellow locations before, Storage Mart and SafeStore)
Staff were very helpful to get a unit booked but on the day Sylwia Newell was just amazing to explain everything and get everything sorted out. She deserves to be patted on the back as great service.

Lisa at reception was the best! She explained everything so well and was incredibly friendly. She's made my experience really smooth and positive. I also appreciated that I could visit different storage rooms and choose the one that felt the best option for me.
People on the phone and front desk weren’t pushy about up-selling or add-ons Front desk were both really helpful but the lady who helped me was especially friendly and gave me options for the unit Thanks for being understanding about my van drivers being late
Since the welcoming to the advice on the right storage space needed and visit of the box to ensure it meets our demand, everything was great. Team is really Nice too.
