the team is extremely polite and efficient

The customer service was personalised and very helpful. Being able to be flexible and to give me the best deal possible for my storage was highly appreciated. I also felt like the extra questions made me very comfortable that I was in great hands.

Very efficient service

Excellent Customer Service. Tez was a great help and found us a better shaped room than the one we had previously reserved. Yellow Storage were also great at pushing back the move in date when we had delays with our flat sale. Really appreciate the great service, thanks all!
