Excellent customer service in every respect. I had to arrange a house move at 12 hours notice and both Lauren on the phone and Alfie in the Wandsworth store were warm, efficient and gave great advice. They advised on the space I would need, helped me to find the best rates and I was also so grateful also for the good recommendation of a team to help me do the actual move - they were also first rate. Alfie was brilliant in store - getting things going quickly and cheerfully putting up with rowdy children. He also had great commitment to the social mission of the company's charitable giving, which was a delight to hear.
