Very well. Ana was super friendly and welcoming and showed me everything I needed to know.

The guy in reception, I am pretty sure his name is Sean, was really helpful and clear in the explanations how the things work and the procedure I have to follow. Before sign the contract he took me to see the storage after closing the reception for safety reason. He explained to me in detail the contract, insurance and I was very happy.

Although I arrived late to check-in, the staff member on duty, who I believed was called Philip, was extremely friendly and helpful in checking me in to my storage unit and showing me how everything worked.

I didn’t have a single problem with Big Yellow, I was checked in by Anna and she was very prompt and helpful.

Having never moved before or used a storage facility I was extremely anxious. However, from the initial enquiry, the team made me feel at ease, explained everything I needed to know about the process, talked me through what size unit I would need and answered all my questions patiently! They were absolutely fabulous!

Lovely and helpful women who helped my housemate moved in. The lady even made us a cup of tea which was so lovely.

The entire process was very easy and well explained!
