Deji was welcoming and professional. He explained the different storage sizes and offered different contracts. He showed me the storage unit to ensure it suited my needs. Very happy with the interaction.

Even though I checked online, I had to wait and sign the contract. The checkin at the store was chaotic and the padlock still on the door when I got given access to the storage unit. Poor experience!

The check-in was very smooth and easy. The staff were nice, especially Tiaron. I got a lot of stuff and he firstly helped me with the trolley. I booked a smaller space and so he went above and beyond to help me organize everything, placed the heavy items and stacked them up, which was so kind and super helpful. He definitely deserves a 6 star out of five. Without his help, I wouldn’t be able to fit all my stuff in. HE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!

Tiran was extremely kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. I’m very grateful for his professionalism and care. Highly recommend Tiran and the excellent service provided!

Conveniently located and easy to use. Also like the 7 day cancellation as gives total flexibility when I might look to move/swtich size or stop storing.
