Gemma she is excellent and sweet. My friend and I came here today to arrange storage, and we were received by the receptionist Gemma. I raised quite a lot of questions, including all the details of the signing procedure. Our conversation lasted for at least an hour and a half. Throughout the whole time, Gemma was extremely patient and responsible in answering all my queries, checking every detail carefully, and showing us around the five storage units we had picked out. We are truly grateful to her. She has left us with an excellent impression of Big Yellow Wapping, and helped us release a big stone.
