I had a really pleasant experience here. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very welcoming and even offered me a drink, which made me feel comfortable straight away. They took the time to show me around the storage space, explained clearly how everything works, and guided me through how to organise my items. I really appreciated how patient and thorough they were in going through the details and terms, everything felt transparent and easy to understand. A special thank you to Gemma — she was absolutely lovely and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The whole team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, what could have been a stressful process felt smooth and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
