Very straightforward. I liked being able to do most things online to make it quicker on the day. My questions were handled well and quickly.

The store member Jason was great. However upon booking it was not clear that the full 8 weeks needed to be paid upfront and I didn’t receive a call or email to outline this.

Perhaps over explained/talked too much when they called with the initial quote but were very helpful.

Staff were nice and helpful, storage space is clean and fits our needs, but the fees are not made clear enough on the website. We had compared many different storage companies and decided to go with Big Yellow because we thought we didn't need to pay a month in advance (we are only storing for a week), like in all the other ones. Turns out we did need to do that but it's just not as clear on your website as on other websites which leads me to believe that other companies are equally good or even better. Yes, we will get a refund, but that can take up to 5 days which is just an annoyance to our lives.
