As mentioned in my last feedback, The service that I have continued to receive from yellow box in what he has continually managed to match my expectations. Both from Birjal and also Jason who checked in my unit, arrange my contract and all was sorted within 15 minutes. I couldn’t have asked for anything more as they knew the answer to all of the questions that I’ve asked them

The whole experience made moving a lot easier than I expected. I booked the storage very last minute (on the morning) so I was surprised how smoothly it went. The ability to ring a central service when the facility wasn't open was extremely useful for the last minute nature of my move. I needed access to the facility at the time it opened, so being able to check availability beforehand was very helpful. When I arrived, I dealt with the store manager Mo, who went above and beyond my expectations. He went the extra mile to ensure the process was as smooth as possible while giving me all the information I needed to use the facility effectively. His helpfulness and friendly nature made a very stressful day a lot easier. Overall, I would definitely recommend Big Yellow based on all of my interactions with it.
