Nice staff and functional space

The whole process of getting a storage unit went smooth. Tom from customer service was very helpful by giving every single detail I needed. Then the team at the Wapping office was very helpful and patient. I told them that I’ll be there a couple of minutes late and they were patiently waiting for me as it was close to closing time. Met Deji at the office and he did the paperwork in 12mins and got everything sorted in time. Thanks to the team that helped me.

He was patient and professional, answered all my questions in detail, and helped me successfully complete the rental process. The whole process was efficient and smooth, which made me feel at ease.
