Web site process very easy, then received a call to walk me through any details. Moving in day was made easy by Kerrie - who talked me through everything, showed me the room made sure all was well. All very very easy. When i arrived there was a queue - Kerrie introduced herself, explained how long the delay was, apologised for the delay and offered me a coffee while I waited - I opted to go and collect the items to be stored and pop back at an agreed time. When I returned there was another queue with a similar wait time - Kerrie honoured the time we had agreed and everything proceeded well. Very profesional service.
