Alan Salsbury. He was brilliant.

Overall was a very smooth process, however felt like I got stung a bit when told I had to buy a different padlock, which was £14. I feel like it should be my responsibility what padlock I use as it is my things in storage.

Both Sadie and Alan were very helpful and got me a good deal. It was an easy transaction and exactly what I wanted.
