Good experience from booking to customer service when checking in. Victoria at reception was amazing,as the room allocated originally wasn't adequate, she managed to find another available room which was more suitable very quickly.
Both representatives I dealt with face to face, Victoria, and Akos, were extremely helpful, polite, and explained everything I needed to know, there was nothing wanting in my interaction with either of them. The storage areas I saw were very clean, and I can't fault the security measures in place. The only thing I can think of that could be improved on would be the ability to maintain the inventory online after checkin as long as you weren't going over the insurance limit.
I would recommend Big Yellow to anybody who needed storage. Learna was particularly polite and helpful and I have to say a pleasure to deal with throughout.
