I have used big yellow box several times and have always been very happy with the level of service received.

Initial telephone enquiry was very informative and helpful.

The team that I dealt with where great on the phone explaining what I need to to do, payments and what storage I would need that suited me. On the day we booked in was a little stress full as I had two children that don’t like waiting and there where other people before booking in ( which can be time consuming). If there was some colouring or some thing for kids to do that would have made my life a little earlier. I did not think before leaving the house to bring anything!

I found both Victoria and Learna both very helpful and informative, and explained the health and safety procedures, and where to go in the event of a fire. So I felt very assured that myself and my possessions are in safe hands.

All went well just a lot of time and paperwork in store before we could move the first load in. In all fairness it did say do inventory online but I’m not that organised.

The staff at Watford are exceptionally helpful and a delight to work with.

Booked on line. On arrival at the unit the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even made us coffee.
