Everything has been wonderful from start to finish, receiving a phone call from Mark after reserving and dealing with Learna at the Watford location, the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Superb service!

Didn’t find the online check in easy to complete, otherwise fine.

I have used big yellow box several times and have always been very happy with the level of service received.

The team that I dealt with where great on the phone explaining what I need to to do, payments and what storage I would need that suited me. On the day we booked in was a little stress full as I had two children that don’t like waiting and there where other people before booking in ( which can be time consuming). If there was some colouring or some thing for kids to do that would have made my life a little earlier. I did not think before leaving the house to bring anything!

I found both Victoria and Learna both very helpful and informative, and explained the health and safety procedures, and where to go in the event of a fire. So I felt very assured that myself and my possessions are in safe hands.
