Everything handled very well

My initial enquiry was handled really well by the main Customer Care number and then I was called by Kuda at the West Molesey Office with a reminder that the provisional booking I had made was about to expire so did I want to take up the offer. This I did and went to the West Molesey Office and spoke to Kuda who was so good at explaining everything and I never at any point felt rushed or pressured into anything.

The experience was surprisingly pleasant your personel made everything feel easy and we quickly got the hang of it all together and very must enjoyed the good atmosphere that was created by our Manager Kuna.

Kuda explained all the options to me and I felt well informed and my decisions were made easy.

The manager of the facility was very friendly and charming but also clear and informative when explaining how the facility worked and how we choose, secure and insure the room that was right for us. He was very knowledgeable and took time to make the whole process clear to us.

Cameron was incredibly helpful and made it a really stress free experience.

Conor was helpful reliant made you feel easy to move He is a great asset

Phone call following up my quote was really useful. On getting to the store, Conor was excellent on setting everything up, showing me the unit and how everything works.
