We dealt with Lee and found the experience very stress free, which is immensely important. Nice clean bright and warm reception - even had a cup of coffee while waiting for removal truck. Great customer service.

The figures of 6 for the above are not a reflection of the service offered by the service team, but merely an indication of Armadillo's sign procedure on the day i.e., that determined by the company and which staff had to follow. By this I mean I had signed in on line before arrival, to speed the process, but was kept a significant amount of time before I could gain access to the lock up. Ordinarily, this would not be a problem but as I had delivery men waiting around, at a cost of £50ph to me, it was. My additional wait time amounting to between 20-30 minutes!!! Surely, if Armadillo were concerned for the paperwork to be completed, which I had done on line, then all that was immediately necessary was for me to pay the agreed hire charge. Anything else could have been dealt with after I had completed my work with the removal company. I think this is a serious issue that Armadillo should look into. First impressions are important for new customers. As I said previously, this is not meant to be a reflection on the staff who were present.

I was very impressed with the teams attempt to contact me and to ensure I would be assisted with any further queries. The whole process was communicated very well and was very easy to understand.

Lee and Daniel were informative, friendly a really great to work with. The storage units are well organised and the whole service is very efficient. Everything was very clean in the communal areas although one of my units had a sticky floor - but this did not detract from the facility too much.
