I've had a great experience over the last few months with Big Yellow West Norwood. Made moving so much easier and very convenient. After initially receiving a call from Mariola I went in the next day and Eden showed me around and explained the storage process and system. All of the staff are great and super knowledgeable, I booked in with Mariola a few days later, it was very straightforward and she answered all of the questions that I had and made sure I knew how everything worked, really helped to put my mind at ease. Very easy to get stuff into and out of the units with the trolleys and the freedom to access the unit with the security of the coding system. Always a friendly member of staff around. I've already recommended to friends and family and will definitely consider Big Yellow again in the future if I need a Storage Space for anything.

Eden and her colleague were very friendly and helpful.

Eden is very helpful, she walked us around and showed every facility that the place offers, she gave us the 24h access which was very needed. Overall we had a great services from her.
