Just checked out after 6 weeks of my things being storage at West Norwood Big Yellow storage. Eden & Mike have been a great help and looked after me. Would definitely recommend. Such a quick and easy process!

From the first phone conversation with Mike at the West Norwood branch, I knew I had chosen the right place. The staff were friendly, informative and precise with information on how to enter and exit the building. A big thank you to Mike, Mariola & Eden. A true representation of exemplary customer service which is so rare these days. Special kudos to Mariola who dealt with an issue that doesn’t happen every day. Can’t go into details but she bossed it with compassion, professionalism and heart. ♥️

We had a really excellent experience at Yellow Box Self Storage (West Norwood). We rented one of the B units on the ground floor, which was very handy for loading / unloading - but what really made the difference was the team. Mariola was fantastic from day one — warm, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took all the stress out of the process and always explained everything clearly. Mike was also brilliant, especially when it came to the out-of-hours access option. He talked us through how it works in a really clear, practical way, and it turned out to be extremely useful towards the end of our stay. Another big plus was having a Zipvan available right on-site. Being able to collect and drop the van there made moving things in and out so much easier and saved us a lot of hassle. The storage itself was great value and easy to use, but the real highlight was the people. Mariola and Mike genuinely made us feel looked after — and that makes all the difference. Highly recommended — thank you both!
