Eden was the lady who checked me and was kind and informative. Helped me find the right option for me I liked that you could see the price online rather than wait for an email back It does take a long time to sign up though and the padlocks are overly expensive

Gemma and Deji were very friendly. Their service was helpful, attentive, patient, informative and thorough. They answered all questions courteously. I will definitely tell my friends where to go if they require storage

Most polite and respectful staff they help in every way possible they are working equally with the company and I am the customer so for that I applaud them

The person who checked me in and explained all the terms was extremely helpful and thorough. The process for getting my possessions into the storage centre was also very straightforward.

Deji was great on reception as the hire of the unit was processed very quickly and smoothly, including viewing of the storage space, and just before the Christmas break.
