I had a great experience with Big Yellow Self Storage West Norwood. This is my second time hiring a room at this unit. The facility is clean, secure, and very easy to access especially now with the app. A special thanks to Mariola, who was absolutely fantastic. She went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted. Her friendly and professional approach made a big difference. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage with excellent customer service.

The team at Big Yellow West Norwood were all very helpful - on the phone discussing pricing etc, showing me the unit beforehand and then Mike on the day patiently working through the contract and security app details with me - how to access the site and reset the alarm on my unit etc. Many thanks.

Great experience. Mariola was very helpful checking in and out. The room A04 on the ground floor was more expensive but not that much more for the convenience. Needed storage for 4-6 weeks for electrical works. Great experience - clean, easy to access and helpful staff. Thank you!
