The whole experience was easy, friendly and helpful especially as i had not used a storage space before.

Customer service was great, helpful and took trouble to explain everything. But they had failed to check the unit beforehand. The slider on the door sticks so I cant open it without assistance, and the member or staff showing me the unit struggled, but didn't offer to repair it. Once we started loading we noticed the floor wasnt clean, which wasnt obvious on inspection as the light fitting was broken so there was no light. I still havent been contacted to say this had been repaired or when it will be repaired. Although the first 8 weeks is at a discount, I havent been offered any financial recognition for this disrepair. The worst dirt was swept up but it still wasnt clean.

I was extremely happy with the customer service. I wish the insurance and deposit costs were disclosed earlier, as I had to pay more up front than I anticipated. However, it is really easy to use the facility and Dan and Anton were wonderful.

I purchase a 25 sq feet room. Anton was very kind and helpful giving me very clear information. Good price, flexibility to cancel if I need to leave before. Also he showed me the place and replied all my doubts on the phone and also in the reception. Thanks

The employee Anton at west Norwood was very keen and extremely helpful.

Because the sign in process has to be done in person, there's no way to do it remote. The physical check-in process takes about 30 minutes, this is way too long. Beyond that full points, the West Norwood manager was clear and helpful in getting me a good deal. Explaining I could use external insurance and the store is easy to use and as described. 5x3 foot space.

Good staff performance, quantity and size of lifts.
