Nicky was very friendly and helpful which made the experience fast and easy. She also gave some useful advice which made the storage process more effective.

Nicola was so wonderful! She really was there for us, I hadn’t a clue what I was doing and I never felt uncomfortable, we were very well looked after from the initial phone call all the way to laying the plastic sheet in our temporary unit. A friendly face in what can be a stressful environment

Let me store my stuff whilst closed (I didn’t realise) I assumed that I’d paid, but hadn’t. Naz was useful in aiding me in everything going on.

Organised the price match. Vikas and Ana were incredibly helpful even though it was close to the end of day on a Friday
