The member of staff I dealt with was incredibly helpful and efficient, even when I decided I needed a slightly bigger unit, Nicky remained cheerful and willing to help

The lady who help me to do the registration was amazing she even offer to help me to push my trolley. I can remember her name right now but she was not English and had black long hair. She was very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful in every way possible. After a stressful day of moving she made my day easier. It is a shame she made it much easier.

The staff in Fulham were absolutely fantastic. The three ladies that helped me with everything I needed. They even supplied me with screwdrivers. They were very patient and made me feel comfortable.
