The staff, Nicky, who assisted me and was very helpful and friendly. She gave me options and gave professional opinion as to what size storage is best for me. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She was very thorough is explaining the storage terms and conditions and very knowledgeable at what she do.

Clarity of instructions, professionalism and kindness of staff

Patrick and Scott at big yellow Fulham were excellent. They provided helpful information, we’re always on hand to help and we’re efficient

Nicky was very helpful as someone who has not used storage alone before she made sure I fully understood how everything works
