The lady who checked me in and took my payment details at reception in Fulham was very helpful.

the introduction was really clear and well explained. Nicky was incredibly helpful in working out if my belongings would fit in the unit I had ordered (which they did - phew!) and it was a really easy and seamless process.

She made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She was very thorough is explaining the storage terms and conditions and very knowledgeable at what she do.
