My relocation from Liverpool to London has been nothing but stressful and in more than two years the customer service, flexibility and quality from Big Yellow are the first things that have gone completely smoothly. The entire process was excellent, from start to finish. The staff made me feel very welcome, talked me very clearly through the process ensuring I fully understood everything being said. They just simply took the stress factor completely out of the equation.
Really good experience, good customer care. although a bit lengthy process. I spent more than 1 hour to sign papers and getting familiarised with the processes. Not sure if this could be improved, just saying.
