The entire process was excellent, from start to finish. The staff made me feel very welcome, talked me very clearly through the process ensuring I fully understood everything being said. They just simply took the stress factor completely out of the equation.

Really good experience, good customer care. although a bit lengthy process. I spent more than 1 hour to sign papers and getting familiarised with the processes. Not sure if this could be improved, just saying.
