Very good customer service from Paula and Lydia, both we’re in frequent contact and move in day was a breeze

Sammii was excellent, very personable and accomodating. Made the move easy. would recommend.

Initial enquiry was very easy with a quick online quote. Someone then called very promptly and was able to answer clearly a couple of questions I had. Moving in process is very clear - but check in in-store was a bit slow.

I thought it was a really easy process. Checking in is relatively time consuming but it’s good that you have plenty chance to do it online and in advance.

Paula (Balham) was fantastic. She also took extra care when she found out I'm recovering from a mTBI. JM

Absolutely fine - after my very first enquiry I told them I was not moving for 12 months and I was left alone - not pestered. When I went back my details were still on file and it all moved on vry smoothly.
