Competitive price and good customer service. I spoke to three ladies at the Balham Big Yellow. They were Lydia, Paula and Sherise. All of them were very helpful.

Good value practical for my need

From my first point of contact with chaise. She was very professional, asked the right questions and answers my questions within the time frame as in was on a short break. When I came down to big yellownin balham she was welcoming and showed me the room. Despite my reservations she stated that all my stuff would fit in with room to manoeuvre and she was absolutely right. The reception at big yellow is bright and airy.
