Excellent customer service

The premises is very neat and clean. Very very nice, friendly and well trained and knowledgeable staff. Specifically Sales Advisor Mr Adam Khan was very active. He explained everything relates to storage in detail. He was prompt to take action. He sent very little time with official formalities. He did everything accurately. With my knowledge and work experience and in my view Mr Adam Khan deserves to be a manager who in my understanding can run the business independently. First time in my life I hire a self storage. The whole process was easy and enjoyable due to Mr Adam’s active participation and personality. I am hoping everything will go well in future. I will recommend Big Yellow Self Storage to my friends and family.

Excellent customer care received from Almas, Henry and Diana. All were very helpful and responsive. Many queries were quickly and efficiently addressed. Diana anticipated my requirements and showed me the different sized lockers, advising which would best suit my needs after physically inspecting the items. The availability of a customer toilet is helpful.
