this was my first time using storage of any sort and the staff, especially Henry, made both the initial contact on phone and then face to face at sign up so easy and comfortable after my original online application.

I contacted the Ilford branch 374 Eastern Avenue, Ilford, Essex, IG2 6NW and dealt with a young guy called Ross. I told Ross that I wanted to leave to move to the Barking branch and he gave me very easy instructions on how to check out of my storage unit. He was very helpful indeed.
My initial enquiry went very well, i was the process of using the system was well explanatory and using the storage unit gave me peace of mind.
No issues - all was made clear and Henry was very helpful and friendly when introducing us to the unit.
From Paul Rogers (customer support) to Sam in Barking: everyone was overly helpful, informative and funny.
Called into Barking and spoke with Chris, extremely polite, informative and really helpful and not patronising when I told him I had no idea how big 40ft was.
