Henry was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the check in process. He ensured that everything was explained to me and assisted me with all questions asked. His personality made the process even better, you’re lucky to have him as an employee.

Really easy, made an enquiry online and was contacted within 30 mins. I was given a super clear quote over the phone which I was happy with. Team kept in contact with me and were very clear on T&C’s of the service and questions made.

Henry was very helpful and obliging on the phone. Also on check in as I was unable to complete online check in. He was also able to deal with two other customers enquiries at the same time. Next day he even remembered my name!

My initial enquiry was a good insight to your business, customer services was very helpful selling the company service to me. But when I actually came to the site in the building to put my belongings in storage there were many rules that could put many potential customers off wanting to use your storage company.

The team is friendly and the whole environment is clean and secure.
