Henry in the Barking store was absolutely amazing. I was very stressed and upset with the situation that had unexpectedly led me to have to book storage and he was incredibly kind, patient and informative. He made the whole stressful process much easier and even though it was a lot of information to take in in one go he presented it in a way that meant I fully understood everything I needed to to store with Big Yellow and access my storage space.

My initial 'phone enquiry gave me all the information I needed, clearly and courtiously. Next day I met Henry at Barking BY and he got me signed up quickly and painlessly.

Henry made the process of moving our things very smooth and simple. We were very pleased with all of his help and great customer service!

Great service from both members of staff and good advice to fill in on line first as it saves time. Staff took time to go through options and what insurance cover etc we may need, very helpful and professional.

Luckzy your store manager was extremely helpful and gave us discount due to us just moving over from Italy. Very friendly and professional. I will recommend my friends and family to Barking.

It was pretty straight forward, I felt relax and safe to have my stuff with the big yellow storage. Thanks to Luckzy for the assistance she was superb.
